How much free time will my issue receive?

Unless your legal issue is one that allows unlimited free time, there are two things that determine how much free time your issue is going to receive. First, the type of case you have, such as a speeding ticket, divorce, or civil case. Second are the details of your case, such as what is needed to resolve the issue; for instance, the number of office meeting or court appearances.

Therefore, it is impossible for an ALSI representative to quote you the amount of free time your issue is going to receive until you meet with an attorney and that attorney contacts our office with an explanation of what work is going to be completed. Once this is done, an exact amount of free time can be determined. Because your plan allows for unlimited consultations, it will not cost you anything to initially meet with the attorney and obtain this information.

NOTES:

Both the Complete Personal Plan as well as the Small Business Plan have free time for every area of law. Nothing is excluded (based on the appropriate plan)

You must use a participating attorney for the free time to apply, and you must obtain prior approval from our office.    See I have a legal problem.  What do I do now?
