I am having a problem with an attorney.  What do I do?
Although we have no control on how an attorney chooses to conduct their private practice, we do monitor the quality of service our members receive and remove those firms that continuously provide poor service.  It is rare, but if you receive poor service from a Participating Attorney contact, our office as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to correct the problem on your behalf and take the necessary action so future clients do not experience the same problem. If you prefer to change to another firm, a new attorney will be provided to you.
