	I used an attorney that is not on the approved list. What are my options?
	As stated in several places in your membership agreement, promotional materials, and this website, you must use an attorney that is participating in our program for your membership benefits to apply. Additionally, you are always required to contact our office prior to contacting an attorney for a referral approval. By doing so, we can eliminate the possibility of you contacting an attorney that is not part of our plan or contacting an attorney who is part of the plan but not enrolled for the type of law you are seeking assistance with. Unfortunately, because you did not follow this procedure, we cannot provide you any membership benefits. No free time will apply to your legal issue, and you will be billed at that attorney’s normal rate. In the future, please be sure to contact our office first.
