	First	You are never required to accept a referral. If you do not wish to accept a referral, simply refer them back to our office.
	Second	ALSI is not an insurance company. Therefore there are no claims to file.
	Third	ALSI does not restrict your hourly rate or place time limits on legal work.
	Fourth	There are hundreds of local attorneys participating in our programs.
	Fifth	Most of our members are from local unions & companies that offer our plan as an employee benefit, special interest groups, government agencies and small business owners.

	NOTES:
		ALSI is based in Rhode Island. We do business in Massachusetts and Connecticut as well.
